The Donna Calzoni says on the menu it comes with spiced onions in it. It often comes with no spiced onion in it. I put a note on the order to make sure that the spiced onions were in it. It still had no spiced onions in it.

hi guys - the food was good. In fact tbf the Calzones were probably the best I've had from ChilliChilli. But i don't know what was going on with the portion sizes - have never had Calzones as small as that before and the large chips didn't even fill out the box they were in. Has something changed on the portion size?

I specifically put on the online order comments section NO CHEESE PLEASE guess what it came with, CHEESE! So half of it was inedible. Why have a comments section when you don't bother to read it.

Food was cold never go again

Delivery took nearly an hour and a half. When the food arrived the pizza was cold, the chips were soggy and cold, the pakora was brick hard & the kebab didn’t come with the sauce and a juice that was paid for didn’t arrive with the meal. This is very unusual as we have had a few deliveries and it has always been very good

Nan was a little undercooked. Apart from that the food was excellent.

I have ordered a few times, The food is fantastic, I love the kebabs.

Calzone had a hair in it.

2 hours for delivery. 1 hour 10min late

Food was over 40 minutes late, when I called the store to cancel because it was past 9:30pm the shop attendant kept trying to get me to wait before eventually agreeing to cancel the order. At 9:40pm surprise surprise the order turned up and no surprise it was too cold to eat. This is the second time this has happened now, really disappointing service, I get it can be busy but they can send you a text to say they have your order but can’t tell you it’s going to take over an hour to deliver… It’s a real shame it’s happen twice now as when they get it right the food is decent. But twice is too much now Won’t be back

Food delivered quickly and still very hot. It all tasted delicious and we look forward to our next take away. The only thing I thought let it down ever so slightly was I found our nann bread to be slightly undercooked, still lovely all the same.

Had to wait ages for item I was meant to collect to be delivered, when it did arrive compared to other places the portion size was pathetic, wasn’t aware the small kebab was for a mouse. Curry wasn’t as nice as usual neither and the naan bread was not nice dry and over floured.

Very accommodating with requests, curry is always amazing and I’m super fussy hate fast food normally. When can I move in? Lol
